Buyer Access & Fees

A Buyer is a person who buys produce from a wholesaler and/or a grower (or a grower’s agent) from within the Adelaide Produce Market.

Buyers must:

  • Be registered with the Adelaide Produce Market
  • Have an Australian Business Number
  • Comply with our operating articles and market rules.

Please note members of the public are not permitted to purchase directly from wholesalers and/or growers (or growers agents).

You can register as a Buyer in the following two ways:

Before 7am buyer:

  • Entitled to enter market prior to 7am, Monday to Saturday
  • Registration is for a six month period (either January to June, or July to December)
  • One allocated outside parking stand
  • One access ID card
  • $774.38 (Inc GST) per six months plus a once-off setup fee of $15

After 7am buyer:

  • Entitled to enter market after 7am, Monday to Saturday
  • One access id
  • $135.00 (Inc GST) per twelve months plus a once-off setup fee of $15
